How much is delivery?

CAD $299 per Canadian order, free on orders over CAD $5,000. Liftgate service is separately chargeable; northern territory service uses the carrier terminal.

How long will delivery take?

Handling 1–2 business days plus transit 1–5: total 2–7 business days after payment clears.

Can I collect?

Yes. Collection is free from 11 Blair Dr, Brampton, after readiness confirmation. Bring your order details, photo ID, vehicle and straps.

Which warranty applies?

Complete engines and transmissions receive six-month parts coverage. Individually sold parts/electrical receive 30 days. As-is/parts-only goods carry none.

Can I return a unit?

Request authorisation within 30 days. Change-of-mind returns require original uninstalled condition, customer-paid freight and a 15% restocking deduction. Faulty/wrong goods follow the full remedy and freight rules in our returns policy.

What about fitment?

Send the vehicle year, make, model, trim and engine/transmission code before ordering. Check the product specifications and installation requirements.
