Methods and totals

Payment arrangements include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Interac e-Transfer, EFT/wire and cash for local collection. Use the methods available in secure checkout; contact us to arrange alternatives. Prices are CAD, excluding delivery and destination-applicable taxes. The total is disclosed before payment.

Payment and dispatch

Checkout charges when ordering. Dispatch timing starts when funds clear. Stock is checked before crating; unavailable or unsuitable orders are refunded fully. Interac has no processing fee and normally clears the same day. Bank details are supplied with an invoice. Contact us about trade terms.

Deposits

Arranged deposits count fully toward the purchase price. Storage is free for 30 days; longer periods require agreement. Deposits remain refundable while the unit is uncrated and uncollected; after dispatch the returns policy applies. Direct financing or instalment plans are not offered.

Security, tax and receipts

Payment processors handle card details through encrypted connections. High-value orders may require billing/phone verification. Arrange valid reseller exemptions before ordering; completed-order tax is not retrospectively removed. An itemised invoice is emailed after payment; retain it and the installation invoice for claims. Keep bank details private and verify any change by phone.
