Canadian freight

CAD $299 per order covers Canadian provinces and territories; orders over CAD $5,000 qualify for free freight. Additional parts share the shipment. Residential addresses are included; liftgate service costs extra and must be arranged before purchase. Northern territory deliveries use the nearest carrier terminal. Prices exclude freight and applicable taxes.

Timing and tracking

After cleared payment: handling 1–2 business days, transit 1–5, total 2–7. Business days exclude weekends and statutory holidays. The processing cutoff is noon Pacific Time. Transit estimates can change with weather, ferries or terminal congestion. Tracking arrives by email; contact us after two business days without movement.

Collection and preparation

Free pickup from our Brampton address normally takes 1–2 business days. Await readiness confirmation; bring photo ID, order details, a suitable vehicle and straps. We provide forklift loading. Units are inspected, photographed, palletised, wrapped and secured; standalone parts use tracked courier service.

Damage and other destinations

Inspect packaging, record damage before signing, photograph all sides and retain packaging. Report damage within 48 hours; do not install damaged goods. We coordinate repair, replacement or refund. Address redirects after collection cost extra. International freight is quoted separately; recipients handle import obligations.
