Coverage

Complete engines/transmissions: six months from delivery for internal mechanical failure. Individually sold parts/electrical: 30 days. As-is/parts-only items: none. Original buyer/vehicle only; non-transferable.

Installation

A licensed shop must document installation and correct the original failure cause. Renew timing kit/tensioners/idlers, water pump, thermostat, external seals/gaskets, oil/filter and coolant; transmissions need fresh filter/fluid and flushed cooler lines. Skipping required work voids coverage.

Exclusions

No labour, removal/refitting, diagnosis, towing, storage, rentals, lost earnings or consequential costs. Service/wear items, cosmetics and complimentary bolt-ons—including turbochargers—are excluded unless expressly covered. Overheating, oil starvation, wrong fluids, detonation, contamination and installation/other-vehicle faults are excluded.

Voiding conditions

Unauthorised teardown/internal repairs, undocumented/unlicensed installation, racing/drifting/track use, added/increased boost, compression/rev-limit changes, ECU tuning, continued operation after warnings/faults and altered identification invalidate coverage.

Claims and remedy

Stop use; notify us within 48 hours. Supply order details, installation invoice/date, symptoms and evidence. Await written inspection instructions. Written decisions normally follow test results within two business days. We choose equivalent replacement or purchase-price refund; return the secured pallet first. Approved Canadian claims include both freight directions. Replacement retains the original expiry; shipment is targeted within the approval week. Exports receive purchase-price-only refunds, with customer-paid freight.
