Global Jdm Auto Parts (Japanese Auto Parts) operates this store. Orders are purchase offers; written acceptance and accepted payment form the contract. Stock/errors, unverified payment or fraud permit pre-dispatch cancellation/full refund; inbound stock is disclosed.

Goods and responsibilities

Goods are used with cosmetic wear. Images represent the unit type unless expressly identified as the actual item. Buyers confirm compatibility; free pre-order fitment help is available. Licensed installation, renewed service items and correction of existing vehicle faults are required. Buyers ensure regulatory compliance; modified/competition suitability is not guaranteed.

Purchase terms

CAD pricing excludes freight and applicable taxes. Ownership transfers after full payment; transit risk passes on carrier handover. Shipping, payment, returns, warranty and privacy policies form part of these terms. Estimates are not guaranteed; carrier/weather delays do not entitle compensation or cancellation. Export customers assume customs/import obligations.

Limits and website use

Where lawful, liability is limited to the goods price; consequential costs are excluded. Non-excludable consumer rights remain. No manufacturer affiliation is claimed. Fraud, scraping and unauthorised reuse are prohibited; uninterrupted service is not promised.
